You Might Have to Stay in That Alternate Reality

You might ask, “Which alternate reality?”

It’s the one where you are pain free, content and filled with joy, especially if you live with constant pain, or some other chronic condition.

I know, I have one…chronic stomach, gas and bowel issues.

I constantly have to go to the place where I am not it pain and everything is “good.” It’s the only way one can survive.

My day goes much better when I keep telling myself, “You can do it,” or “Go to that nice place.”

The longer I am in that “Alternate Reality,” the better it is.

I’ll just say it…You need to find Yours, because it will become your Real Reality!…if you stay in it long enough.

The Mindset of People Who Contact Me???

I get up to 10 contacts a day for something or other…crypto or “new fresh leads” or “marketing help” to get me more clients.

I have years of experience in internet marketing, financial markets, and intuition into people’s motives.

The crazy thing is how they interact with me. First, they ask me how I am doing, and add friend or dear or something like that. We just met???

How easy that is…huh!!!

I think it’s what you call connecting with your prospect. All it does is make me skeptical. Friendship takes time and trust. I certainly don’t trust them now…and I would never buy anything from them.

But I struggle through…they then give me the pitch…I decline, and attempt to tell them why I would never buy anything from them.

I then offer to help them solve those issues with my consulting and coaching services, which they mostly decline, although some are mildly curious.

But they are so focused on their program that they cannot even imagine they could use some help.

So they go on with their life and sometimes come back later to tell me that their program is the best…and to just “trust” them.

What a laugh!!!

I again try to help them, but it just doesn’t work.

This is how most people are…so convinced that their way of looking at things is right. They can’t see themselves.

I know because I have done and sometimes do it myself. It’s so ingrained in us. But I am overcoming my own habits, indoctrinations, and biases.

The thing that helps is my 3 step program

  1. Realizing that I am loved
  2. Because of that, I can love myself
  3. Find My Dream.

I have compassion for them, knowing that if they just knew they were loved things could change for them.

I also know all I can do is offer my help, and the rest is up to them.

Just as it is for you. You know things aren’t right. I don’t care how good you think you have it. There are always new things to create, but old things have to die first!

None of them will die if you learn how to live in a new way…the way of LOVE.

And I don’t mean the way love is normally thought of…like loving something outside of yourself…such as God, others, and things.

You can’t love them because you don’t really know them. You can only know yourself. The more you know yourself the more you have compassion for others, realize the Love of the Universe, and see things as what they are.

The greatest satisfaction in life is helping others but only thru the love you have for yourself. Then it becomes selfless with concern for the individual results. You just keep doing it…making the world a better place!

Do you want that?

Haven’t met one person who didn’t…

I can help, because of my compassion for you!

Blessings

Some Good Sayings I Saw.

Here are some good sayings I recently saw…

Enjoy!

2K a day keeps the J. O. B. away.

Be Yourself…Everyone else is already taken.

Are you contributing to civic enlightenment and national harmony?

Let everyone sweep in front of his own door, and the whole world will be clean.

I am keeping busy with my own broom.

Am I waiting for someone else to do what I know to be right?

Is this problem my fault?

How truthful am I?

Is Jesus my answer, or the excuse that I am failing?

Do I truly Love Myself? What feedback do I get when I say, “I Love Myself?” Do I actually listen?

What would happen if I did Love Myself?

Would I still be in the situation I’m in?

Deal With It!

Deal with what?

Whatever is bothering you!

Whatever is holding you back?

“They” are called Traumas by many people.

Why?

Because those are the things that keep you from growing, evolving, ascending…

from Finding Your Dream!!!

So what are Traumas?

They are misinterpretations of experiences or memories. Those wrong judgments have negative emotions attached to them and raise a flight, fight, or freeze reaction in your primitive brain.

That’s what keeps you Stuck!

The judgment of the experience!

Remember, memory is experienced in the present. You bring it back up and that’s where it affects you. If it stayed in the past…on the shelf…it wouldn’t be a problem.

Our mind keeps bringing them though, because we attached an emotion, an importance to them.

It becomes a Trauma when fear, guilt, and shame become attached to it.

This builds a construct, a matrix, which means it can be looked at, evaluated, and even discarded for a new interpretation…which forms a new matrix.

I would like to think that we can live completely “outside the Matrix,” but we can’t. We need have structure to be able to have tables, chairs, beliefs, and the possibility of growth.

So we reconstruct those Traumas into beneficial things we learn from and set back on the shelf, with no emotion tied to them.

It would be nice not to have any emotions, but memories are where emotions come from, so one will always have them, but we can greatly reduce their effects.

We can use the technique of saying, “I know that happened”…or rather…”Thank you for bringing that up again. You brought it up for a reason. What can I learn from it?”

Once you get an intuition of why it’s there and what can be learned, you can set it back on the shelf.

You can’t eliminate memories, so they can only be put back in the database. You do that and lower their importance. If they come up again, it means you can learn more from them. Then they go back and sit there. You just keep doing that over and over.

The process is letting the memories come up, thanking them, learning from them, and categorizing their importance.

Most of them happened long ago, and really have nothing to do with the way you are today.

I have a very charged memory of spraining my ankle when I was a teenager. It surprised me and hurt so bad. It was my first experience with intense pain, so a quick and negative emotion was attached to it. I still shudder to this day when it comes back up. I need to see what I can still learn from it. One thing is to be able to deal with surprising and painful experiences, and knowing I will make a judgment about life because of it. I have been living in fear of having new and potentially negative experiences. They could just as easily been positive too, but I judge…construct…my perspective based on that first experience! (I am discovering some of this just by writing about it…a reason to write your thoughts down. They become “concrete” and it’s harder for the memory to assert influence over you because you have dealt with it.)

The lesson is: “Don’t Do That.” LOL! (The answer for everything!)

Also, be aware of your environment. Learn the beneficial way to react with it.  Also, it happened so long ago and it has nothing to do with my present experience, but it surely does affect it.

But it still brings up a shuddering reaction, and I must deal with it on a consistent basis. Maybe just writing this will release it more so that I can look at it every time it comes up, learn from it, and consciously release it.

When you truly learn everything you need to know about it, and, then commit to acting differently…being in a different state…taking a different perspective…the Trauma resides.

This must be a big subject since I already wrote 700 words about it.

These emotions…perspectives…developed matrices…can be deep-seated…like a death or divorce…and can be hard to deal with. Just letting the experience resurface can elicit so much trauma that we can’t do it.

It then just stays beneath the surface…sometimes deeply buried…that we don’t even recognize they are there. Those are the ones that affect us the most, but we work on the ones we can.

Once we learn how to deal with Traumas that are at the surface, the deeper ones will be able to come up.

We have to deal with them from the Matrix of I Am Loved, (Nothing can separate me from the Love of God! My parents Love me just like I Love my children…unconditionally!)

And because of that…I can Love Myself. Also, I am a created, eternal spirit by  God that Loves Me…Ultimately and Unconditionally!

That I am worth it…worthy…deserving…powerful, and able to Deal With It!

So we start from the Point of Love and deal with what comes up from That Construct!

Since Nothing can separate me from Love, I can deal with Pain, Fear…Trauma…anything.

I form my New Reality.

I call it Finding My Dream!

You Will Never Ascend Until You Deal With Your Stuff!

We all have traumas, fears, and guilt that limit our growth.

That is called “our stuff.”

We all want to ascend or, at least, evolve, and grow until we are ready to ascend.

We must truly Love Ourselves to let go of all the stuff.

I had an experience with greater power. It put me on the floor, unable to breathe. It said to me, “This is only the slightest movement of my little finger. You cannot handle my power.”

That is the Power that is available to help us.

I learned that you must rise up, and become the person that you know you can be!

That entails being accountable, admitting your fears, and dealing with those feelings and experiences that seem to overwhelm you.

You do that by realizing and repeating that you are not those traumas. That you are Loved, and You Love Yourself. You are a created, never-ending spirit. That is Your True Self.

Then you rise in Your Power!

This is just a short note on what it takes to Find Your Dream!

Thanks

You Are Afraid of the Light!

Pretty Controversial!

I like to start off that way. And, that’s the way it comes to me!

So what am supposed to do, be afraid of the Light within me?

Ok, let me explain…

You are not afraid of the darkness. You live in it every day.

The darkness of what you think everyone else has done to you, how bad the world is, how bad You are.

You are very familiar with it.

You ARE afraid of the Light…the Light that is within you.

The Light that says you are an unlimited creature that is capable of anything you set your mind to. How many times have you heard that?

You’re afraid of what that means. Like I can do anything I want…Wow!

So why aren’t you? Simple question!

You’re afraid of being more than you are!

That includes a lot of things that you fear. Like people will notice you and call you out. Maybe You will have money but have no idea what to do with it, except spend it.

What you don’t realize is that you will find Peace, Happiness, Your Dream…like everything you want!

So I suggest you start to become familiar with and begin to Love the Light within you!

I call it Loving Yourself! And Seeing the Light!

Nothing more to say…is there?

As always, contact me at vsalzer@vincesalzer.com for ways to Love the Light!

More Thoughts on Grieving.

So what are we connected to in our family and our ancestry? Are we connected to the person…like mom…or do we want the connection to the memory…the roots of who we are. We will miss the person…and that is good… but they are no longer here. So we must distinguish between the person and the thing we should hold on to.

When my siblings were together, we talked a lot about the family and any memories we had. A new one was that my maternal great-grandmother was a moonshiner. She had the “stil” under the chicken coop, and the Feds could never find it. Pretty funny…huh!

So it’s really not about the person, it’s about the actions and the memories that keep us rooted. Knowing what the family did, where they came from, and what they stood for gives us that needed grounding.

It is imperative we think that way, so we can process our grief, and move on in life. Associating the person with the memory will disassociate us from the pain and grief of missing them in person. Realizing that the family will continue helps us to see the big picture…that we a part of a larger family…a tradition…something to be passed on. Then it becomes a torch we can carry, as we are the next generation. We pass on the traditions and memories to our children.

When we realize that there is purpose (passing on traditions and memories) to our lives we feel more secure, and we can look to the future with the hope of making a difference and contributing to humanity.

The other thing is that we realize…as many have said…that relationships matter more than accomplishments and money.

So get to know as much about your family as you can, because one day the next generation will ask you questions about the family’s past. And then you will be able to tell them funny stories like having a moonshiner in the family!

It will be great fun and will keep the continuity and connection going!

Thoughts on My Mother’s Passing

Yesterday, I said I was going to write about my Mother’s passing. Well, here goes…

As you can imagine, it was a difficult time, although not unexpected. My mother had been in failing health for some time, due to a weak heart. She was on oxygen for 2 years, and her quality of life was just not very good.

So I expected it. She never went into a nursing home and died in the hospital in fairly good spirits. It’s the way I would want to go.

I had some grieving time where I felt my “roots” had been taken away…as my Dad died in 1996. Living in Ecuador disconnects me from my family, and I had to deal with the possibility that I would not be seeing my siblings much in the future.

I had this overwhelming feeling of “I don’t know.” It was like everything that I valued was being questioned. It was very traumatic. Did you ever get that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach, when you don’t know what is going to happen? Well, this one was much bigger than I ever felt before.

I went through a few days when people asked me how I was doing…all I could say was, “I don’t know.” It was very unsettling.

Then things began to get better. It helped when my sister said she really wanted to keep the family together by meeting once a year. Then my brother said we were all invited to his place for Christmas. We talked about other places we could meet too. It was very reassuring.

So I guess I am over the worst of the grieving process. I learned that family is very important, and that being connected is crucial.

So if you are going through the same thing right now…or will be… keep the connection you have with your family.

If I get any further insights through this process, I will be sure to let you know…so you can be better prepared for the inevitable.

Thanks for listening!!!

Review of My Life…2014 and “Later”

2014

Now for the Big One!!!

I wrote about my journey up until Oct 2014 in a previous post. I hadn’t written anything for 3 years! And I had just moved to Ecuador, which was a big change for me. I shut down my business in the States (real estate appraising) which I realized was very stressful.  I said I had only posted occasionally, because I felt I didn’t have much to say, but there was still something on the inside that needed to be let out.

I then detailed my journey…how I became disillusioned about the lack of power in the churches I had attended. Fortunately, one of my acquaintances introduced me to someone (who I won’t name, for political reasons) who was teaching the secrets of the rich. That opened my eyes. He said things were intentionally kept from us to protect their power! But even if we knew about it 90% of us would never use it! Wow!!!

Actually, I heard similar things from other authors and people on social media. He just said it in a different, more open way. He said there are 2 camps of “rich”  people, one who wanted to keep their control, and one who wanted to reveal the “secrets.” He said he was part of the whole space, both the control and “reveal” side. He left the space and started doing several things to reveal the secrets to us outside the “rich” groups, and he got into a lot of trouble, but not before he set up a system to teach the secrets to us…lonely, depressed, broke peons…as they call us!

That started a different story and journey for me, which will take more than a lifetime to fulfill!

The first secret I was given was we are all Responsible for where we are in life…and that’s good… because then we can change it. But that’s scary and why 90% of us will not apply this first secret.

The second is about Control, which is related to the first.  It’s about letting ourselves be influenced and distracted by all the advertising, TV, Facebook, and all the rest of the images, emotions, and feelings we let into our lives every day. It’s about how we think we “deserve a break,” but that’s giving our responsibility…our control…to someone else. How many of us let others influence us, and keep us stuck, but inherently know that we are ultimately responsible? What do you think? I think way down deep we all know that we are totally responsible.

I took this knowledge to the people in my church, including the pastors, and received a very lukewarm response. Many wouldn’t even look at the info, and the pastors said it wasn’t “of God.” I thought, what is so “anti-God” about this? It increased the questions and doubts about the “Church,” about how people have twisted what Jesus said.

Then, since the blog was called God Things back then, I wrote how science could explain creation by God wanting to “know Himself.” The theory said that from a point, which coalesced from the Void, a circle was created, or realized. Then more circles were naturally formed. (This is a very simplistic explanation of a very deep, in-depth topic.) For more info check out Sacred Geometry.

Since we all started from “a circle,” we are all made up of the same stuff, which is not only a shape but a vibration…a frequency…another very deep subject.

Also since we all come from the same thing/place, when we hurt others, we hurt ourselves.

Science and mystics say we are self-aware, meaning we create our own through reality…. our perspective, and our “stories.”

Back to control….does “giving our lives to Jesus” sound like being responsible or like giving up control?  Jesus never talked about it…but St Paul did…sort of. Just saying…

Once we give our lives to someone else, does it relieve us of responsibility? I have experienced that many, many times…like, don’t worry, Jesus is in control, or the devil is making me do it.  What I did read…more than once… is that the Kingdom of God is within us and that our works show our Faith.

Summing it up, in order to fulfill our Destiny…Find Our Dream:  There is a Plan,  it is our Responsibility to be in Control of our lives and Focus on the things that matter…that brings us closer to realizing our Dream!!!

Nov 2014

Finding a Healing God” I related God Within Us to healing, and how that makes everything else fall into place.

I stated that we have the energy and ambition to go after what completes us and makes us happy.

To know that we are in command of our lives, and, therefore, our health. Also, to stay in the present to let ourselves be who we really are, so we can access God Within Us to fulfill our lives.

Next was “Healing from a God Perspective.”  I said that healing comes from within. We are sick in ourselves, so that’s where healing has to come.

But our mind wants us to think it comes from outside ourselves, which then gives control to something else.

Once we realize that we are Eternal…Perfect and Complete…that Love is the controlling factor, that we can begin to change.

So search within yourself, to Find God, because that is all there is, and that everything is right where it should be.

“Right, where it should be” is a very powerful statement. It says that everything is in order…Perfect! That may be hard to understand, but we don’t need to know how or why. We just need to know it!

Just think about it…if we are part of a perfect Creation, then healing is a part of us, and all we need to do is access it!

So visualize it…being part of God…and realize it. God is everywhere, everything, throughout time.

In “Mind Control” healing comes from within, and knowing who God is was stated again.

Then the next thing was who is in control.

The Present is all there is, but our mind is always taking us back into our past and then projecting that into the future. It wants to protect us, which is its role.

But, once we realize that have a Divine Self within us that is really what should direct us, then the mind can do its job, which is making plans, taking care of everyday decisions, and regulating our body.

I call it our True Self and by focusing on that we find our Calling (This was the start of the Finding Your Dream concept.)

It’s not selfish…like getting what I want no matter what happens to other people. It means to ask what is Best for me and all of Creation, which is the same! That begins to quiet the mind. As an example, have you ever had a new idea, an inspiration? Did it come from your mind, or did it just appear? It came from our True Self communicating with you. It is integrated into healing as well because you cannot access healing without your True, Divine Self.

So put your mind in second place…where it should be. I am not saying it will be easy, but it is simple!

Just begin to think on God, and Creation, and watch yourself think. Watch your thoughts of fear, guilt, and shame come bubbling up, and then, watch them go! They are not yours. They are just figments and they want to trap you. They want to destroy your control.

Just think of “everything as it should be.” Your mind wants you to believe it is not, but you are now realizing that it is just right!

Remember we are totally responsible for ourselves, and we have everything inside of us to meet any challenge!

Next was a Treatise on “Free Will.” (I write with a lot of ellipses.) Do we have free will? Well, only if we exercise it…for the right reasons. That is not taking advantage of others, or going for the “bling,” which doesn’t make us happy anyway.

It comes from control…self-control…or a better word would be command. To be in command of our reality is the ultimate free will.

It is the freedom from our mind that truly makes us free! It is the quieting of our mind…looking at it from the “observer” perspective…which brings us to our True Self.

That brings compassion…accepting that the way they are…and loving the way we are…which will give the ability to change…to US.

Next, the blog title was Treatise on Control. I noticed a lot of grammatical errors in this post, which have corrected. Must not have been in my “right” mind.

Anyway, this is one for us control freaks!

Many of us think that control means, “doing what we want,” and not having anyone “telling us what to do.” But actually, the media, parents, authority figures, and those we want to please, really control us more than we know. Also, we have incessant thoughts going through our mind all the time. It really comes down to who you listen to.

So to regain command of our lives we need to control the messages. Stop the chatter, the reliving of the past, and the fantasy of the future,

We can start by admitting that we have problems and that we can’t solve them by ourselves, and that we need help…from our Creator…who resides in us. Then once we are honest, we can begin to deal with each issue as it triggers us, which allows us to see ourselves as we truly are…the way God sees us. It returns command and control to us. Now that’s what I like…being in control!!!

In Dec 2014 I wrote 1 post called The Important vs. The Urgent.

I wrote about all the “Urgent” things that were interfering with getting the “Important” things done. The Urgent things were buying a different car. It took 3 weeks to find one and another 10 days to transfer the money. Going to visit a friend was another “had to be done.” They were important, but no blog writing or other important things got done.

That’s how life is…full of interruptions…such as today…my computer crashed and I had to start over on this blog post. But we need to stay focused, and get back to our Dream…relentlessly…never giving up…always going on. Seeing the end…feeling it…living it!!!

I then got the inspiration of the Steps to Finding Your Dream! I go into detail in many other posts. This has been my focus since then.

Think I will stop here. I might add more later, but in a different format…maybe even a book!

This has been a good exercise for me to write about what I wrote about from a different perspective, as in later in time…kinda like the future, which I don’t believe in. There are posts on what the future really is.

Thanks for “listening!” If you want more of this, leave a comment. If there are a few, maybe it will inspire me to write more.

I am now more focused on the “present” and how we can successfully navigate and create our own reality!

To Your Best

Vince
