You Might Have to Stay in That Alternate Reality

You might ask, “Which alternate reality?”

It’s the one where you are pain free, content and filled with joy, especially if you live with constant pain, or some other chronic condition.

I know, I have one…chronic stomach, gas and bowel issues.

I constantly have to go to the place where I am not it pain and everything is “good.” It’s the only way one can survive.

My day goes much better when I keep telling myself, “You can do it,” or “Go to that nice place.”

The longer I am in that “Alternate Reality,” the better it is.

I’ll just say it…You need to find Yours, because it will become your Real Reality!…if you stay in it long enough.

The Mindset of People Who Contact Me???

I get up to 10 contacts a day for something or other…crypto or “new fresh leads” or “marketing help” to get me more clients.

I have years of experience in internet marketing, financial markets, and intuition into people’s motives.

The crazy thing is how they interact with me. First, they ask me how I am doing, and add friend or dear or something like that. We just met???

How easy that is…huh!!!

I think it’s what you call connecting with your prospect. All it does is make me skeptical. Friendship takes time and trust. I certainly don’t trust them now…and I would never buy anything from them.

But I struggle through…they then give me the pitch…I decline, and attempt to tell them why I would never buy anything from them.

I then offer to help them solve those issues with my consulting and coaching services, which they mostly decline, although some are mildly curious.

But they are so focused on their program that they cannot even imagine they could use some help.

So they go on with their life and sometimes come back later to tell me that their program is the best…and to just “trust” them.

What a laugh!!!

I again try to help them, but it just doesn’t work.

This is how most people are…so convinced that their way of looking at things is right. They can’t see themselves.

I know because I have done and sometimes do it myself. It’s so ingrained in us. But I am overcoming my own habits, indoctrinations, and biases.

The thing that helps is my 3 step program

  1. Realizing that I am loved
  2. Because of that, I can love myself
  3. Find My Dream.

I have compassion for them, knowing that if they just knew they were loved things could change for them.

I also know all I can do is offer my help, and the rest is up to them.

Just as it is for you. You know things aren’t right. I don’t care how good you think you have it. There are always new things to create, but old things have to die first!

None of them will die if you learn how to live in a new way…the way of LOVE.

And I don’t mean the way love is normally thought of…like loving something outside of yourself…such as God, others, and things.

You can’t love them because you don’t really know them. You can only know yourself. The more you know yourself the more you have compassion for others, realize the Love of the Universe, and see things as what they are.

The greatest satisfaction in life is helping others but only thru the love you have for yourself. Then it becomes selfless with concern for the individual results. You just keep doing it…making the world a better place!

Do you want that?

Haven’t met one person who didn’t…

I can help, because of my compassion for you!

Blessings

Vince

Some Good Sayings I Saw.

2k a day keeps the J. O. B. away.

Be Yourself…Everyone else is already taken

Are you contributing to civic enlightenment and national harmony?

Let everyone sweep in front of his own door, and the whole world will be clean.

I am keeping busy with my own broom.

Am I waiting for someone else to do what I know to be right?

Is this problem my fault?

How truthful am I?

Is Jesus my answer, or the excuse that I am failing?

Do I truly Love Myself? What feedback do I get when I say, “I Love Myself?” Do I actually listen?

What would happen if I did Love Myself?

Would I still be in the situation I’m in?

Deal With It!

Deal with what?

Whatever is bothering you!

Whatever is holding you back?

“They” are called Traumas by many people.

Why?

Because those are the things that keep you from growing, evolving, ascending…

from Finding Your Dream!!!

So what are Traumas?

They are misinterpretations of experiences, or memories. Those wrong judgements have negative emotions attached to them, and raise a flight, fight or freeze reaction in your primitive brain.

That’s what keeps you Stuck!

The judgement of the experience!

Remember, memory is experienced in the present. You bring it back up and that’s where it affects you. If it stayed in the past…on the shelf…it wouldn’t be a problem.

Our mind keeps bringing them though, because we attached an emotion, an importance to them.

It becomes a Trauma whenfear, guilt and shame become attached to it.

This builds a construct, a matrix, which means it can be looked at, evaluated and even discarded for a new interpretation…which forms a new matrix.

I would like to think that we can live “outside the Matrix,” but we can’t. We need have structure to be able to have tables, chairs, beliefs and the possibility of growth.

So we reconstruct those Traumas into beneficial things we learn from and set back on the shelf, with no emotion tied to them.

It would be nice not to have any emotions, but memories are where emotions come from, so one will always have them, but we can greatly reduce their affects.

We can use the technique of saying, “I know that happened”…or rather…”Thank you for bringing that up again. You brought it up for a reason. What can I learn from it?”

Once you get an intuition why it’s there and what can be learned, you can set it back on the shelf.

You can’t eliminate of memories, so they can only be put back in the database. You do that and lower their importance. If they come up again, it means you can learn more from them. Then they go back and sit there. You just keep doing that over and over.

The process is letting the memories come up, thanking them, learning from them and categorizing their importance.

Most of them happened long ago, and really have nothing to do with the way you are today?

I have a very charged memory of spraining my ankle when I was a teenager. It surprised me and hurt so bad. I was running with wet shoes on a guy floor. It was my first experience with intense pain, so a quick and negative emotion was attached to it. I still shudder to this day when it comes back up. I need to see what I can still learn from it. One thing is to be able to deal with surprising and painful experiences, and knowing I will make a judgement about life because of it. I have been living in fear of having new and potentially negative experiences. They could just as easily been positive too, but I judge…construct…my perspective based on that first experience! (I am discovering some of this just by writing about it…a reason to write your thoughts down. They become “concrete” and it’s harder for the memory to assert influence over you, because you have dealt with it.)

The lesson is: “Don’t Do That.” LOL! (The answer for everything!) Also be aware of your environment. Learn the beneficial way to react with it.  Also, that it happened so long ago that it has nothing to do with my present experience, but it surely does affect it.

But it still brings up a shuddering reaction, and I must deal with it on a consistent basis. Maybe just writing this will release it more so that I can look at it every time it comes up, learn from it and consciously release it.

When you truly learn everything you need to know about it, and, then commit to acting differently…being in a different state…taking a different perspective…the Trauma resides.

This must be a big subject since I already wrote 700 words about it.

These emotions…perspectives…developed matrix’s…can be deep seated…like a death or divorce…and can be hard to deal with. Just letting the experience resurface can elicit so much trauma that we can’t do it.

It then just stays beneath the surface…sometimes deeply buried…that we don’t even recognize they are there. Those are the ones affect us the most, but we work on the ones we can.

Once we learn how to deal with Traumas that are at the surface, the deeper ones will be able to come up.

We have to deal with them from the Matrix of I Am Loved, (Nothing can separate me from the Love of God! My parents Love me just like I Love my children…unconditionally!)

And because of that…I can Love Myself. Also, I am a created, eternal spirit by that God that Loves Me…ultimately and unconditionally!

That I am worth it…worthy…deserving…powerful, and able to Deal With It!

So we start from the Point of Love and deal with what comes up from That Construct!

Since Nothing can separate me from Love, I can deal with Pain, Fear…Trauma…anything.

I form my New Reality.

I call it Finding My Dream!

You Will Never Ascend Until You Deal With Your Stuff!

We all have traumas, fears, and guilt that limit our growth.

That is called “our stuff.”

We all want to ascend or, at least, evolve, and grow until we are ready to ascend.

We must truly Love Ourselves to let go of all the stuff.

I had an experience with greater power. It put me on the floor, unable to breathe. It said to me, “This is only the slightest movement of my little finger. You cannot handle my power.”

That is the Power that is available to help us.

I learned that you must rise up, and become the person that you know you can be!

That entails being accountable, admitting your fears, and dealing with those feelings and experiences that seem to overwhelm you.

You do that by realizing and repeating that you are not those traumas. That you are Loved, and You Love Yourself. You are a created, never-ending spirit. That is Your True Self.

Then you rise in Your Power!

This is just a short note on what it takes to Find Your Dream!

Thanks

What Chiropractors Know.

Over 30 years ago, a chiropractor told me that “germs” don’t cause disease. Bacteria and viruses live in our body and it can’t live without them. They are detoxifiers, removing waste from the cells and organs. The more toxic the body the more germs there are to clean it. When the body gets so toxic the germs radically multiply, and there is a tremendous die off of both good and bad germs

That’s when you get sick!

Sickness is actually radical detoxification.

So massive overgrowth of germs are the result of disease or massive detoxification.

Every chiropractor is taught this in school, and chiropractors teach it in their waiting rooms.

So why are we believing that viruses are causing a disease?

Actually viruses have a great deal to do with our immune system…not the other way around.

Everything is 180 degrees turned around!

My Shortcomings!

I got a couple comments on a FB post about my wife knows everything, or knows that I am her “shortcoming!”

I would like to expand on that, and apply it to everyone. We all think we have “the answer.” But when things don’t work out as expected, we blame others…such as my wife, and in her case, ME!

I do the same…blame her and show her, her failings. I don’t know why, but it makes me feel better. I feel justified, but really all it’s doing is keeping me from being aware of ME!

I feel sorry, but don’t apologize, because she did this, or didn’t that. Then I check out having guilt and shame feelings, because I know I am not aware of myself, or Loving Myself. And therefore incapable of Loving Her.

Sound Familiar!

Leave a reply saying what you do in these situations!!!

You Are Afraid of the Light!

Pretty Controversial!

I like to start off that way. And, that’s the way it comes to me!

So what am supposed to do, be afraid of the Light within me?

Ok, let me explain…

You are not afraid of the darkness. You live in it every day.

The darkness of what you think everyone else has done to you, how bad the world is, how bad You are.

You are very familiar with it.

You ARE afraid of the Light…the Light that is within you.

The Light that says you are an unlimited creature that is capable of anything you set your mind to. How many times have you heard that?

You’re afraid of what that means. Like I can do anything I want….Wow!

So why aren’t you? Simple question!

You’re afraid of being more than you are!

That includes a lot of things that you fear. Like people will notice you and call you out. You will have money, but have no idea what to do with it, except spend it.

What you don’t realize is that you will find Peace, Happiness, Your Dream…like everything you want!

So I suggest you start to become familiar, and begin to Love the Light within you!

I call it Loving Yourself! And Seeing the Light!

Nothing more to say…is there?

As always, contact me at vsalzer@vincesalzer.com for ways to Love the Light!

What I’ve Learned from Being Sick

Wow…it’s taken awhile to recover.

I think the one thing I learned from this “sickness” was to be consistent. In other words, to keep doing what you love no matter how you feel. Otherwise you lose momentum.

Also, just sitting down with no idea what you are going to write about, and just trust that intuition and inspiration will come.

And it does!

This goes for everything in life.

Let’s say that you want to start Loving Yourself more. One way to do that is to look in the mirror and enjoy what you see. Doesn’t seem like much, but if you just do it…no matter how you feel…you will notice a difference…that gets bigger every day.

That creates room for more things to come to you.

It builds up so you can begin to make more and more changes. But remember the being come from the doing…and the being comes from within…from being the Observer…watching what you are thinking.

I have been watching my thoughts…and do I think about some strange things. Memories and the result of them are the worst. I have learned remove myself from them as soon as I notice them.

I just take some time to watch myself before I go to sleep and when I wake up. That really helps during the day.  I can “feel” what I want to be doing, and not the fear or anxiety blocking me from doing it.

It’s a breakthrough! The feeling of accomplishing my Dream is incredible. Better than any other feeling!!!

Find Out an Amazing Thing about Me!

I’m just amazed at a technique that came to me about 3 years ago.

My wife is a healer, so one time she asked me to help her. Because of that I developed a healing technique. It just came to me.

And it amazes me that works!

Many times…like over 100!

In the last few days, I have received 2 reminders.

One was my grandson having trouble breathing. My wife asked me to help him. I did my “thing”…took less than 5 minutes…and in just a couple more minutes, he kinda jerked and the wheezing quit. Everyone was amazed…and I was more than anyone!!!

A couple days later his mother was really sick…so, again I did my technique, and asked her how she felt. She said, I’ll let you know.” A few minutes later I asked her. She said she was fine…like nothing was wrong.

I think she forgot how sick she said she was…lol!

Again, I was amazed…and am over and over every time it happens.

It all comes from my “intuition”…not really sure what to call it. All I know, it’s not me!!!

So if you resonate with this, just reply. I will be posting this on Social Media…so it should be easy!

Thanks

Vince
